The webinar will look both at what explains attitudes towards migration and about ways to talk more effectively about migration to people.
Speakers include:
- Lenka Dražanová, Research Associate to the Observatory of Public Attitudes to Migration (OPAM) project in the Migration Policy Centre (MPC) and co-author of “Public attitudes on migration: rethinking how people perceive migration”
- Leila Hadj Abdou, Teaching and Research Fellow in the Migration Policy Centre (MPC)
- Blanca Tapia, Programme Manager in the Fundamental Rights Promotion Department (FRA)
- Hind Sharif, Communications and Community Coordinator in the Migration Policy Group, and author of the ReSOMA’s policy option brief on “Communicating effectively on migration: recommendations and policy options”.
