The Akelius e-learning app was developed as a blended learning tool for language teaching. In Italy, it has been developed a dedicated project with the aim to make it a privileged tool for promoting the linguistic inclusion of newly arrived students, and, specifically, for teaching Italian as a second language.
Accordingly, this report presented the primary evidence of the impact of the evaluation of Akelius e-learning app use on a panel of primary school students. The evaluation was developed according to a Theory-based approach and, more specifically, to a simplified version of the Contribution Analysis model.
