Religions

This area promotes initiatives and carries out inquiries and studies on immigrants' religious practices and the relevance of the religious dimension in social integration processes.

Collaborators are either individual scholars representing different religions, or research institutes and institutional religious organizations. As regards the Catholic religion, this area operates in cooperation with the Diocesan Office for the Immigrants' Pastoral of the Diocese of Milan.

A collaboration with Centro di Studi Religiosi Comparati (Centre of Comparative Religious Studies) Edoardo Agnelli of Torino is currently going to be established.
